Orifice Flange

Orifice flange, as per international standard

Orifice flange is used with orifice meters to measure the flow rate of liquid and gas. Two orifice flange with bolt and jack screw are referred to as an orifice flange union, which is used in conjunction with the orifice plate. Compared with welding neck flange and slip-on flange, it is provided radial, tapped holes in the flange ring for meter connections and additional bolts to to facilitate separating the flanges for inspection of orifice plate.
